Historic Savannah Vacation – Welcome

Hello! Welcome to Downtown Savannah Homes. We offer two beautifully-located,  historic vacation rentals in Savannah Georgia’s famed Historic District: Gaston Street Getaway and Heritage House.

We lived in the Gaston Street home for four years, until we moved to Atlanta in 2008 for an incredible job opportunity. But we truly yearn for Savannah and hope to move back one day.

In August, we converted our Gaston Street home into a vacation rental, with the hope that others can enjoy living like a “Savannahnian,” even if it’s just for a little while. It’s  perfect for a family with a few kids, or up to 8 -10 guests.

We also own Heritage House on Taylor Street, which has been a successful Historic District vacation rental since 2005. It’s ideal for two couples or up to six guests.

To entertain (and perhaps inform) our visitors, we have complied Savannah stories, Tybee stories and Savannah tips in our blog. We also created a vacation rentals policies page, which we hope will make you laugh.
